It’s really easy to get started with Threads, especially if you already have an Instagram account. Plus, you don’t have to pay any amount to download the app; it’s absolutely free. 

Here’s how you can sign up for the platform: 

Step 1: Navigate to the Apple App Store (iPhone users) or the Google Play Store (Android users) on your mobile device.

Step 2:
Search for “Threads, an Instagram app” and download it. Look for a black and white icon. 

Step 3:
When you launch the app, you’ll see your Instagram login towards the bottom of the first page. 

Step 4:
If you have multiple Instagram accounts, you can switch between them by clicking the “Switch Accounts” button.

Step 5:
Don’t worry if you don’t have an Instagram account yet. In this case, the app will direct you to create a new account.

That’s it! You’re now ready to start using Threads and enjoy its features.
